Hey, I’m Liz Brent and I’m a Chicago teaching artist and virtual assistant.

I've always loved helping people with computers and tech stuff. To be honest, I've been a "virtual assistant" for most of life, even though the title is fairly new. Since the age of 10, I was the household "computer person" whenever my family needed help searching the internet, printing, rebooting, etc.

By the way, this was back in 2001 when we were using dial-up internet, floppy disks, and big-back computer monitors. I grew up at a time where we had typing classes in elementary school and Microsoft Office classes in high school. From Clip Art to Word Art, I loved it all!

Now 20 years later, I'm amazed that "virtual assistant" is an official title I can hold, and I'm so excited with how far technology has advanced since then. Over the years, I've been providing support to clients in a number of industries including: food, retail clothing, visual arts, and real estate. With my background in teaching and case management, I’m here to use my experience and passion to help others, and I’d love to help you, no matter your industry.
